I pride myself on staying up to date on current market trends and regularly attend community events, training courses and seminars so that I am able to assist my clients with the current economic climate. Real estate transactions can be stressful, my goal is to reduce the amount of emotional highs and lows during the transaction so that my clients feel that everything went as smoothly as possible.

Personally and educationally, I have my Bachelors in Business Management and Marketing. I value education and believe in continued growth. I am active in my spiritual community and participate in activities such as: Run to Feed the Hungry, Susan G. Komen Walk, Relay for Life as well as volunteer time at local food shelters. I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and have a dog that is my "baby". I am thankful to have the opportunity of working full time in Real Estate so that I am available when needed for my clients but also have the flexibility to enjoy my family.

They collaborate closely with facilities and IT partners to keep everything in working order, maintain office supplies, and greet agents and customers with a friendly demeanor. Their dedication to providing white-glove service and promoting a supportive office culture helps our agents thrive. Additionally, they ensure transactions are compliant and processed efficiently, support the Branch Manager with various tasks, and assist with agent onboarding. Deal Operations Specialist - El Dorado Hills Office

Our Deal Operations Specialists play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and efficient management of real estate transactions across our offices. They oversee data entry and transaction processing from listing through close, carefully creating and managing listings and pending transactions while maintaining up-to-date, accurate information across multiple real estate databases.

In this role, our Deal Operations Specialists review and audit documentation, input transaction details, and upload required documents and photos to the local MLS when needed. They actively manage transactions within our operating system and communicate closely with Sales Associates to address missing or incomplete files, helping keep every transaction on track.

Beyond transaction management, our Deal Operations Specialists serve as a key support resource for our agents and administrative teams. Working collaboratively with branch office staff and Agent Services, they uphold data accuracy, compliance, and operational best practices. Always accessible and solution-oriented, they assist with questions, guide paperwork requirements, and help maintain the high standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism our agents and clients expect.
